What are your shipping times?
We currently work on a 1 - 2 working day turnaround to get your orders shipped (not including the weekend or bank holidays). All items are posted from the United Kingdom therefore we would allow minimum 2 - 4 days delivery time on all UK orders and 5 - 17 days for International orders ( excluding the period in which your item may need to go through customs).
Please note that international orders may take longer, throughout the festive period as there may be some delays with deliveries. Please be patient, once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
NOTE: Items that are ordered with pre-order / custom/ bespoke items will be posted together in one package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Europe and most international countries. Please select the correct country when entering your address at the checkout. Orders placed using an incorrect destination will be voided.
In the future we may decide to extend shipping to more international countries.
If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll request our couriers to include it in our list! :)

All international orders outside the UK are subject to import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination, as we ship on the basis of Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).This means that the recipient will be responsible for all import duties and sales taxes that may apply locally to the purchase.
We cannot advise on these charges and timeframes as customs vary from country to country, and would recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
For legal reasons we have to state the value of good in the shipment, and we cannot devalue the value of the goods.
Please note that the customs clearing process may take up to 7-30 days depending on your country, and that we do not have any control over this process.
* If your package is returned to us for any reason, or should you choose to refuse the parcel to avoid duties and taxes, you will receive a partial refund (excluding initial shipping fees, duties and taxes, return shipping fees).
Rejecting parcels to avoid duties and tax
Should you choose to refuse the parcel to avoid duties and taxes, you will receive a partial refund (excluding initial shipping fees, duties and taxes & return shipping fees).

Our Jewellery
What is the best way to care for my jewellery?
Please remove your jewellery while exercising, showering and swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or hair products. Even natural ones.
Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewellery cleaners, or polishing cloths as this can affect the metals. We would suggest storing it away from mixed jewellery, Rewa Collection is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery.
What is your jewellery made of?
Rewa Collection provides mainly 304 or 316L Surgical Stainless Steel, 925 Sterling Silver. However, we do offer a small section of other base metals such as brass.
This will be clear under each product description, as each product is made up of its own individual metals. Please check the items product page for material details.
Please also keep in mind that unless otherwise stated, products are not made of real silver or gold and instead are a combination of other metals.
Read more abut each material here.
Can I shower with my jewellery?
We would not recommend showering with your jewellery on as this may cause the product to lose its colour much quicker. Keep them in a cool dry place.
My jewellery is turning colour, what do I do?
If your items turn immediately, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. Each persons oils can make each metal react differently. Stainless Steel & Gold Plated jewellery will turn naturally over time, but there's no way to reverse this.
We are not responsible for your skins reaction.
My product came broken, what do I do?
If your item is broken upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can help you. We will endeavour to send you a replacement. Items reported as faulty more than 3 days after delivery will not qualify for a replacement.
How often do you restock products?
Currently our collections are stocked in small quantities. Keep an eye on our social media channels and newsletters for information on restocks.
What is Gold Plated?
Gold-plated Jewellery - A base metal such as steel or brass or precious metal is dipped into a bath of electroplating solution, with a lump of solid gold. When an electric current is applied, a thin layer of gold is deposited on the metal. Since the plating is quite thin, the plate (and hence the colour) on findings can wear off.
What is a hallmark?
A Hallmark is a mark or a series of marks that are stamped onto certain metals to certify their preciousness and purity. Here at With Bling we take all the necessary steps to ensure our jewellery complies with UK regulations. We ensure all hallmarks are placed on the back or on the post of your jewellery. Read more about hallmarking here.
Does you jewellery contain nickel?
All Rewa Collection jewellery is either nickel-free or nickel-safe and falls within EU regulations.
I have sensitive ears, are your earrings hypoallergenic?
We offer a wide range of different materials. Our jewellery is available in sterling silver, titanium, surgical steel and plated brass. You can read more about each material here.
* Please read and understand the product descriptions carefully before purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any allergies they may have to certain metals used in jewellery. As we are unable to know your personal and individual sensitivities, we accept no liability for any metal allergies or irritations that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery.
