IMPORTANT INFORMATION: we are currently not taking orders for personalised orders until further notice, thank you.

Our jewellery is designed using stainless steel, sterling silver or 18/14k gold plated material to ensure longevity. 

All custom name or bespoke pieces are 'made to order.' Browse the collection, select your design, and let’s get you started.

If you order a custom/bespoke item along with other items, all items will be sent out with the custom/bespoke item upon completion. If you wish to receive your other items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Please be aware that production can take between 2-4 weeks + shipping time. However, we aim to keep you updated at key points during the process.

Personalised orders do no follow normal processing and shipping estimations, stated at check out. Those estimations only apply to non-personalised & non-made to order items. 

Please note refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not applicable on 'made to order' or 'bespoke' items

IMPORTANT: Usually the first letter is capitalized automatically. However all uppercase, all lowercase, or mixed case are also available, if stated.
